Is Evolve Arena free?
Yes. The Arena and all 10 heroes are free, along with food and water logging, workout logging, cardio tools and habit tracking. An optional Premium subscription unlocks Premium hero skins, AI meal scanning, AI voice food logging and fridge scanning.
Do I have to work out to play?
No, you can jump straight into battles. Training just makes your hero stronger: your real strength, cardio, mind, nutrition and consistency stats set your hero's power.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Add friends with a friend code or invite link, party up, pick a mode and map, and ready up. You can also play every mode against bots.
Is there chat?
No. There's no text or voice chat. Other players see only your hero name, the hero you play and preset emote pins. Hero names are checked against a blocklist, and friends can only be added with a code or link.
I used Evolve before. Is my progress still there?
Yes. Evolve is now Evolve Arena. Calorie and macro tracking, workouts, cardio routes, habits and meditation are all still here, your progress carries over, and the Arena opens from Home.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes. With your permission, Evolve Arena syncs supported fitness data from Apple Health. You control those permissions and can manage or delete your account in the app.
